However, it does not include the cost of the architectural and engineering studies required for the building permit, contributions to Social Security Fund, excavation works, or landscaping of the surrounding area. It is important to note that at the cost of €1,450/m², the client receives a fully completed home — turnkey — finished with top-quality materials. 5. What is the cost of obtaining a building permit?

The cost of the studies required for obtaining a building permit is €100/m² plus VAT, and the cost of construction supervision is €50/m² plus VAT.
