Who is eligible?
Participation in the program is open to property owners or usufruct holders who meet the following conditions:
● The property must serve as the applicant’s primary residence and be in active use.br>
● It must have all legally required documentation, such as a valid building permit and a digital building identity.
● The building’s current energy classification must fall within the limits defined by the program.
● The applicant’s annual income must comply with thresholds that vary based on location and family status.
● The property must not be subject to any pending legal or technical issues that would prevent its inclusion.
What types of interventions are eligible for funding?
The program provides financial support for works that enhance energy efficiency, including:
● Replacement of outdated windows and doors with thermally insulated frames
● Thermal insulation for external walls, roofs, and floors
● Upgrading or installing new heating, cooling, and hot water systems
● Installation of renewable energy solutions, such as photovoltaic systems

Financial aid & application process
Depending on household income and needs, the program may subsidize up to 85% of the total upgrade cost. The remaining amount can be covered via personal funds or a lowinterest bank loan. Special conditions apply for low-income households and persons with disabilities (PwDs).
