The center of athens is upgraded

Many buildings held by the public sector will be utilized in the next couple of years by investors who have already expressed their interest.

This project is being implemented in the framework of the real estate utilization from July 2017 through the relevant program (recovery of the properties of the Historic Center of Athens). Some of the buildings in scope are as follows:

● 7000 sq.m. building of on Piraeus Street, where Ministry of Labor was accommodated.
● Building on Alexandras Street (Sanitary House).
● Building on Pindarou Street, where the Equality Research Center will be accommodated.

It should also be mentioned that many abandoned buildings will be reopened in the center of Athens. So far, 36 proposals in total have been submitted for the use of 34 properties.
