Our construction company's new project is located in Gerakas and involves the construction of a three-story apartment building with interior balconies. The apartment building consists of four apartments.
Each apartment includes a unified living room, kitchen and dining area, as well as three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
We aimed for high energy efficiency for the building, in order to achieve an extremely low energy footprint (A++). The construction of the building is done with external thermal insulation, offering resistance to low and high temperatures.
LG heat pumps have been calculated for the heating of the apartments, in combination with underfloor heating.
Forced circulation systems with solar panels will be used for hot water, in combination with a heat pump, providing 24/7 hot water for the residents.
In addition, the installation of photovoltaic panels is planned to save energy using the net-billing method.
The architectural design of the building includes large windows on the facade, offering natural lighting to the apartments.
In the basement there are parking spaces for cars with the possibility of charging an electric car as well as storage rooms for each apartment.
